The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving HeyPros’ growth and expanding our client base. This individual will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound sales strategies tailored to the field service industry. The primary objective is to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads and qualify them based on HeyPros’ solutions and services.

  • Utilize various sales tools and techniques to identify and develop leads effectively.

  • Communicate the value proposition of HeyPros to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities aligned with HeyPros’ target market and ideal customer profile.

  • Manage prospect interactions through various channels, including live chat on our website.

  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule product demos for the sales team.

  • Drive attendance to industry events and trade shows to enhance HeyPros’ visibility.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services through continuous learning and training.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of construction-related experience (so you can relate to our customers).

  • Familiarity with SaaS, networking, or cloud offerings is advantageous.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales development or a similar role.

  • Action-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
