Junior Market Researcher

ABOUT THIS JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Junior Market Researcher. This role is responsible for analyzing call performance, researching market trends, and delivering actionable insights to internal teams across all products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable listening to large volumes of calls daily while synthesizing key takeaways that drive business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and flag fraudulent calls, communicating potential risks and findings to relevant teams.

• Provide daily market-trend insights to internal teams.

• Monitor and analyze call quality for publishers and buyers, including transcribing conversations, documenting reactions and outcomes, and taking detailed notes.

• Listen to up to 100 calls per day using the team’s proprietary software tools.

• Report research findings in a clear, concise format for internal stakeholders.

• Map and analyze consumer journeys from ad click to conversion across all verticals to identify key behaviors, drop-off points, and optimization opportunities.

• Deliver strategic insights to improve funnel efficiency and enhance the user experience across internal campaigns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, media buyers, and product teams to align research insights with campaign execution.

• Conduct competitive market research to benchmark positioning, acquisition tactics, and user engagement across industry-leading domains.

• Identify and investigate fraudulent activity to safeguard company assets and reputation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Minimum of 1 year of general work experience, internships, or volunteer involvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Demonstrated focus and attention to detail over extended periods.

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

• Positive attitude and adaptability when performing repetitive or routine tasks.
