Business Operations Manager
ABOUT THIS JOB
The Business Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our partnerships team — owning the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that keep our business running efficiently and growing sustainably. You’ll ensure client campaigns are built for success from day one, operating smoothly, compliantly, and with strong performance outcomes.
In this role, you’ll turn data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into action. You’ll work across teams to align strategy with execution, solve problems before they escalate, and continuously optimize how we operate.
You’ll act as the operational partner to the VP of Strategic Partnerships — helping the department run at peak effectiveness through process development, project coordination, and proactive operational support.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building order out of complexity, thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and naturally steps into an “owner” mindset. If you often find yourself asking “How do we make this better?” — you’ll excel here.
