ABOUT THIS JOB
We’re looking for an outgoing Account Manager to join our team at Trend Capital where marketing and relationships are our top priority. Ideal candidates will have passion for communication and flexibility to handle a variety of responsibilities pertaining to Trend Capital and its partners. Appetite for growth is essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where cutting edge technology and marketing practices are used. ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist marketing team with daily tasks
Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
Building strong client relationships
Being a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs and optimizations
Acquiring new clients
Understand the Lead Generation industry and service offerings of Trend Capital
Identify current and potential business opportunities
Participant in teamwork with a growth mindset
Attend marketing conferences
Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability
Provide daily management/support to affiliates and clients via variety of platforms
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
2+ years experience in a client facing role, preferably sales/marketing
Energetic, proactive and tenacious
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Good time management and problem solving mindset
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers
Team oriented but can be a independent player
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
